There are umpteen demotivators, all running around us and vying to drain us of our energies and productivity. Recognizing these demotivators is something that is very crucial, if you want to get ahead with your aim of progress in life.

• Incomplete tasks- there could be nothing more demotivating than having to deal with an incomplete and unfinished task.
• The more you delay in getting it completed, the more it acts as one of the top demotivators.

• Just 15 minutes of argument can take away an entire day of productivity away from you; and the strange part is that the point of contention on which you were arguing still continues to remain the way it was before the argument- UNSOLVED.
• So cut short any arguments, even before they arise.

• Putting off the task at hand to do at a later date is called as procrastination, which is the next on our list of demotivators.
• Why do you want to put off something that you can do now?
• Doing so will only worsen the demotivation, as you can clearly see that it creates a double whammy.
• Not only does it leads you to face another great demotivator outlined in point #1- incomplete task, but also leaves you with double demotivation due to the task getting tedious after repeated attempts, and also because you feel that it is time consuming.
• So if you really want to put off something for tomorrow, then it better be the habit of PROCASTINATION.
