The Exercise Plan For Moms With No Time To Spare

The Exercise Plan For Moms With No Time To Spare

You can achieve the healthy lifestyle you always dreamed of. And, guess what ladies? You can achieve it with a lot less time and cost, as long as you are persistent in your endeavors. Here are some quick tips to get a better looking body:

#1 Plan How You Want To Look.  Yes, you must decide which body parts you want to be muscular and have round curvatures, and which parts you want to keep slim and gracious. Most women will probably feel great with a balanced body shape: strong breast muscles, strong muscles around the shoulders, moderately muscular arms, slim around the mid, firm belly muscles, round and muscular rear, strong yet lean thighs and calves.

#2 Decide If You Want To Change Your Posture. By consistent training you can greatly improve your posture. Your plan must however be realistic. Your genetics and skeleton sets some limitations of shape and size.

#3 Decide If You Want To Lose Fat. You must decide how important it is for you to get a better general condition and gain general wellness, and decide if these goals are more important than improvement in body appearance.

#4 Make A Plan. Plan for your training, your diet and otherwise for your lifestyle. Not just in your mind, but on paper!

The Exercise Plan:
Exercise to gain muscle strength, for your general condition and to get a flexible and agile body. Improvement of posture will result from the combination of stronger muscles and flexibility training. Surprisingly, just three days with training 45-60 minutes each day will give you great results, if the plan is consistently followed.

Day One:
Perform exercises to gain strength in your muscles by using free weights or exercise bands. You should train all your muscles, but those body parts where you have planned to gain the most strength, should be exercised the most. If you have posture problems caused by weak muscles or bad habits, these can often be helped for by strengthening the muscles that flex the body parts in the opposite direction.

Day Two:
Complete exercises that enhance your general condition, like jogging, swimming, playing with the kids, and spinning. Choose something that you find fun. Vary between different activities. It is also good to invite some friends to exercise together with you on this day.

Day Three:
No hard activities, but stretch out and do exercises to improve your body's flexibility in all natural directions. Pilates and yoga exercises are very good to enhance your flexibility and improve your general health.
