Brrrrrr.....it's getting cold outside!
Here comes the winter, and needless to say it is being welcomed with groans moans and sighs; to say the least. Probably its got something to do with the fact that winter is the time when many of the members of the animal kingdom hibernate; making us feel doing the same thing. Who does not adore the ecstasy of sleeping forever under cozy blankets?
But Alas! That cannot be. So here are some exciting winter exercises, to keep you from hibernating.
