Well Now Magazine is a quarterly resource that celebrates the health, fitness, and wellness lifestyles of today's active mom. It is a powerhouse publication packed with inspiring success stories, motivating tips, expert advice, real product reviews and a true new image of healthy, happy, and fit moms. The magazine's slogan, "How Moms Stay Happy, Healthy, and Fit!", reflects the areas of focus: health, nutrition, fitness, and wellness information for living better.

Well Now was started in 2008 by a small group of moms who wanted to find actionable information to help them stay healthy and fit, without having to subscribe to several newspapers and magazines and sift through all the fad diets and sensationalized stories. Well Now Magazine believes that being healthy is an "all-around package" - much more than diet and exercise. Our mission is to support a mom's desire to improve her health, fitness level, and overall well-being. Well Now aims to "re-activate" the stylish, vibrant, energetic, and fabulous woman inside of every mother. This starts with a healthy, happy, and physically fit life.

Even though Well Now Magazine is based in the Washington, DC suburb of Silver Spring, Maryland, our writing contributors, product reviewers, and online visitors are from all over the United States.
